He whispers these Words
From my heart to my pen
And just as I thank Him
He starts over again
He speaks soft and gentle
WIth great power and might
And He tells a love story
Fills each heart with delight
If you know my Jesus
Then you've met the Man
The Author of poems
Penned by my hand.

And I wanted you to know

I took your name to God in prayer

Asked Him, watch ere' you go

I asked Him if He would hold your hand

In this tough and troubled place

And heal your body, soul and mind

And fill you with His grace

I asked if He would show me how

To help you thru this day

So know that I am here for you

And I'll mention your name as I pray.

On earth I've been told

This pebble so small
And make a great pearl
Shinning brightly for all
